  • Eating well is one of the essential parts of hair care. You should make sure that the foods that you eat contain iron and vitamin C, vitamin D, beta carotene, omega-3s, and magnesium to improve hair health.
  • You can use volumizing shampoo to prevent the thin look on your hair. Volumizers may add body to your hair and help you maintain a lustrous look.
  • You shouldn’t brush your hair too hard because it may cause your hair to shed in bigger clumps. Thus, you should be gentle when you brushing your hair. Also heating your hair may make your hair look thinner. Therefore, you should postpone drying or straightening your hair until your hair has grown stronger.
